Section 2(1)(xii) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007

(xii)"Rental" means the annual rental which includes tree tax payable for a shop or group of shops as part of sum in consideration of grant of licence payable under section 23 read with section 17 of the Act.
