- The funds of the Farmer's Organisation shall consist of the following, namely :(a)funds as may be granted by the State and Central Government for the development of the area of operation;(b)resources raised from any Financing Agency for undertaking any economic development activities in its area of operation;(c)income from the properties and assets managed by Farmer's Organisation;(d)fees collected by the Farmer's Organisation from the water users for the services rendered in better management of the irrigation systems; and(e)amounts received from any other source including M.L.A. Local Area Development Fund and M.P. Local Area Development Fund, etc.Chapter-V Offences and Penalties
