Section 1 in The India Belting And Cotton Mills Limited (Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings) Act, 1992
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the India Belting and Cotton Mills Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1992.(2)[ Section 28 shall come into force on the date of publication of this Act in the Official Gazette, and the remaining provision of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 16th day of November, 1992.] [[Sub-section (2) substituted by W.B. Act 27 of 1994 which was earlier as under :-'(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 16th day of November, 1992.']]
