Section 12(1) in Maharashtra Division Level Police Complaint Authority (Administration and Procedure) Regulations, 2018
(1)Every hearing of the Authority shall be open to the public :Provided that, in exceptional circumstances and for reasons recorded by the Authority in writing, such hearing may be held in camera.
