24. Powers of the Finance Committee.
- The Finance Committee shall have the following powers namely :-(i)to examine the annual accounts of the Institute and advise Executive Board thereon ;(ii)to examine the annual budget epsomite and advise the Executive Board thereon, ;(iii)to review the financial position of the Institute from time to time ;(iv)to make recommendations to the Executive Board on all financial matters relating to the Institute ;(v)to made recommendations to the Executive Board on all proposals involving raising of funds, receipts and expenditure; and(vi)to make recommendations on all proposals involving expenditure for which no provision has been made in the budget or which involve expenditure in excess of the amount provided in the budget.
