Section 17(17) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum & Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2006
17.2Any consumer, who is aggrieved by the non-redressal of his Grievance by the Forum, may make a representation for redressal of his Grievance to the Electricity Ombudsman within sixty (60) days from the date of the order of the Forum.Provided that the Electricity Ombudsman may entertain a representation after the expiry of the said period of sixty (60) days if he is satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not filing it within the said period.
