Section 13 in Maharashtra Paramedical Council Act, 2011
13. Decision of question by majority of votes.
- Except as otherwise provided by or under this Act, all questions at a meeting of the Council shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting at the meeting and in case of an equality of votes, the presiding authority at a meeting shall exercise a second or a casting vote.
