Section 19(ii) in Punjab Courts Act - Rules Framed under Section 46-A
(ii)Prohibition to share the profits of litigation or to contribute funds for this purpose. - A licensed petition-writer shall not take payment for his services by an interest in the result of any litigation in connection with which he is employed, nor shall he find or contribute towards the funds requisite for carrying on any litigation in which he is not personally interested.
