Section 8(1) in Maharashtra Jeevan Authority Act, 1976
(1)[The Authority] [These words were substituted for the words 'the Board' by Maharashtra 25 of 1997, Section 5.] may appoint such officers and servants as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its duties and discharge of its functions against posts sanctioned by the State Government.
