Section 94 in Uttarakhand Agricultural produce Marketing (Development and regulation) Act, 2011
94. Removal of Difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in implementation in the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, remove such difficulty as it may deem fit;Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement in this Act.
