Section 9(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensee) Regulations, 2006
(1)Since persons/organizations owning such Distribution system such as Stand alone System and Non-conventional Energy System are governed by Section 4 of the Act, these Regulations shall not be applicable to them. However system owner shall formulate his own standards and obtain approval of the Commission.
