Section 1 in The M.P. Panchayat Adhyapak Samvarg (Employment and Conditions of Services) Rules, 2008
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Adhyapak Samvarg (Employment and Conditions of Services) Rules, 2008.(2)They shall come into force from the date of the publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.
