Section 59(a) in Kashmir and Jammu Universities Act, 1969
(a)the Statutes aforesaid shall-(i)continue to be in force unless and until altered or superseded under this Act ;(ii)not be called in question on the ground that assent of the Chancellor thereto was not published in the Government Gazette ; and
