Section 33(3) in The Maharashtra Land Revenue (Disposal of Government Lands) Rules, 1971
(3)The grant of lease shall be subject to the provisions of the Code and the rules, made thereunder, and to the following additional conditions, namely:-(a)the land shall be liable to resumption, in case it is not used for the manufacture of salt or in case it is used for any purpose other than the manufacture of salt;(b)the land shall be liable to resumption, wholly or in case it is required for Government purposes, on payment of compensation for improvements, if any, made by the lessee at original cost minus depreciation.
