Section 15 in The Chhattisgarh Primary Education Act, 1961
15. Responsibility of parent to cause his child to attend school.
- If shall be the duty of the parent of every child ordinary' resident in a specified area to cause the child to attend an approved school unless there be reasonable excuse for his non-attendance within the meaning of Section 16.
