(1)This Order may be called the Bihar Rice & Paddy Procurement (Levy) Order, 2009.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)It shall come into force with date of issuance of this Notification to 31st August, 2010 for the Kharif Marketing Season 2009-10.
