68. [ Vesting of the rights of religious, charitable, or educational institutions in the Government not to operate as bar to the purchase of landlord's rights by cultivating tenants. [Substituted by Act No. 35 of 1969.]
- The filing of an application by a religious, charitable or educational institution of a public nature under Sub-section (1) of Section 65 or the vesting of the right title and interest of the institution in the Government under Sub-section (9) of Section 66 shall not affect the right of the cultivating tenant to purchase such right, title and interest in accordance with the provisions of Section 53 to 64.]
