(3)A trustee removed under any other provision of section 48 shall not be so eligible until he is declared to be no longer ineligible, and he may be so declared by an order of the [State Government] [The words 'Provincial Government' were Substituted For the words 'local Government' by the A.O.1937 and the word 'State' was Substituted For Provincial by the A.O.1950.].
