Section 5(54) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(54)"water for domestic purposes" shall not include water for cattle, or for horses or for washing vehicles where the cattle, horses or vehicles are kept for sale or hire, or by a common carrier, and shall not include water for any trade, manufacture or business, or for building purposes, or for watering gardens, or for fountains or for any ornamental purposes;
