Section 1 in Dakshin Dinajpur University Act, 2018
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Dakshin Dinajpur University Act, 2018.(2)This section, section 62, section 63, section 64, section 65 and section 66 shall come into force at once; and the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date or dates as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
