- There shall be one fire service for the whole of Bihar and all officers and employees of sub-ordinate ranks of the Fire Service shall be liable for posting to any part of Bihar.Provided that this provision shall not apply to the private fire services maintained for providing fire protection coverage to specific building or industry by the owner or occupier thereof.
