Issue fresh notice to respondent No.1 by ordinary as well as registered post on said application. Humdust service is also permitted. P.F. be paid by today itself. Humdust service be handed over today itself and by other mode notice be served through the concerned District Judge to respondent No. 1 by special process server.
List the matter for consideration on 20 th of October, 2021. The concerned District Judge is directed to send the records through special messenger on or before 18th of October, 2021.
