(7)In addition, there shall be not less than two reserved entrance and exists in the compound wall for the free movement of persons and for facilitating rescue operations in times of emergency [and each of such entrance and exit shall be of not less than five metres in width] [Inserted by G.O. Ms. No. 1746, Home, dated the 21th August 1989.]. The entrance and exit ways shall be separate and distinct.
