55. Employees of the authority, etc., to be public servants.
- Every employee of the adjudicating authority, licensing authority and appellate authority including Tribunal shall be deemed to, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860).
