Section 81 in The Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Rules, 1955
81. Preference for allotment of agricultural land.
- Every inmate of a Home or Infirmary having a verified claim for agricultural land only and for no other property and who is willing to leave the Home or Infirmary if agricultural a land is allotted to him shall be given preference for allotment of such land.
