Section 40(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
(1)As each elector enters the polling station, the presiding officer or the polling officer authorized by him in this behalf shall check the electors name and other particulars with the relevant entry in the list of electors and then call out the serial number, name and other particulars of the elector.
