8. Priorities in allotment of fair price shop.
- Except the compassionate ground cases, the priorities in allotment of fair price shops shall be as follows:-(i)Self Help Groups;(ii)Cooperative Societies of Women;(iii)Cooperative Societies of Ex- Servicemen;(iv)Educated Unemployed persons;(v)The resident of a panchayat or ward shall be given priority.
