- A female undertrial prisoner shall, with the permission of the Superintendent, have the choice of occupying a cell instead of the under-trial prisoners ward :Provided that a cell is available and that arrangements can be made to place on duty a female warder or a female convict officer at all times, within hearing of the prisoner and that the keys of the cell are always ready to hand.
