Section 17(1) in The U.P. Antarim Zila Parishad Act, 1958
(1)The Uttar Pradesh Antarim Zila Parishad Ordinance, 1958 is hereby repealed and the provisions of sections 6 and 24 of the U.P. General Clauses Act, 1904, shall apply as if it had been an enactment repealed by an Uttar Pradesh Act.
