Section 34 in Bihar Boiler Operation Engineer's Rules, 1960
34. Service not in strict conformity with Rules.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in Rule 33, the Board may grant exemption from the written examination as prescribed in these Rules to those who successfully pass Operation Engineers' Training Course held by the Government of Bihar.
