Section 34(b) in The Orissa State Electricity (Supply) Rules, 1962
(b)in the case of mortgages : (i) the names, address and descriptions of the parties to each mortgage the number and date thereof, the amount for which the same is granted and particulars of the property mortgaged ; and(ii)the date of registration of each mortgage and the date on which the same is paid off ;
