Section 4(vii) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(vii)"Disciplinary Authority" in relation to the imposition of major penalty on a teacher means the Executive Committee which is the appointing authority for teachers. In relation to the imposition of minor penalty on a teacher means Vice-Chancellor.
