Section 20 in The U.P. Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1976
20. Directions by State Government.
- In the discharge of his duties under this Act the Licensing Authority shall carry out such directions of the State Government on matters of policy as may be issued by the State Government from time to time.
