Section 2 in The Manipur Court-Fees (Amendment and Validation) Act, 1953
2. Court-Fees Act, 1870, to be in force in Manipur, as amended by Assam Act 8 of 1950.
- On and from the commencement of this Act, the Court-fees Act, 1870 (7 of 1870), in its application to the State of Manipur, shall have effect as if it , had been amended in the manner specified in Sections 2 to 16 inclusive of, and the Schedule to, the Assam Court-fees (Amendment) Act, 1950 (Assam Act 8 of 1950).
