There is a delay of 142 days in filing the present Review Petition for which no satisfactory explanation has been given in the application for condonation of delay. Review petitio n is liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay itself. However, we have carefully considered the Review Petition and the available material. Even otherwise, no ground is made out for review of the said order.
Review Petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
