Section 7(1) in U.P. Kshettra Panchayats (Conduct of Proceedings) Rules, 1962
(1)The list of business for a meeting shall be prepared by, or under the authority of, the Khand Vikas Adhikari in consultation with the Pramukh and shall be sent to the members.
