(4)In evicting a person under this section, the Sub-Divisional Officer may use or cause to be used such force as may be necessary.Explanation. - For the purposes of this section, the word 'land' includes [trees and other improvements] [Substituted 'trees and improvements' by U.P. Act No. 4 of 2016, dated 11.3.2016.] existing on such land.
