Section 25(3) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(3)TheBoardmay,forpurposesofconsultation,inviteanyperson having practical experience or special knowledge of any subject under its consideration to attend its meeting. Such person shall have the right to speak in, and otherwise to take part in the proceedings of such meeting,but shall not,by virtue of this sub section, be entitled to vote at any such meeting. A person attending any such meeting shall be entitled to such allowances as may be prescribed.
