Section 559(1) in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955
(1)No person who is suffering from an infectious disease shall -(a)without proper precautions against spreading such disease, cause or suffer himself to be carried in a public conveyance;(b)cause or suffer himself to be carried in a public conveyance contrary to the provisions of the last preceding section.
