(b)the submission under section 169 of statements, accounts, reports or copies of documents and under sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 58 and sub-section (1) of section 63 of copies of resolutions passed by a Board or by a Committee of a Board, and the submission under section 119 or proposals, and objections and the submission under section 122 of a copy of a resolution.
