The copy when ready, after entry in the register, shall be given at the counter only to the concerned counsel or his registered clerk or a person authorized by him. It may also be given to the applicant in person, but only after verifying his signatures from the application. The receipt given earlier shall also be collected before the delivery of the copy.Note. - The signatures of the person or Advocate to whom copy is so given shall also be obtained in the register in which 'he application w;as registered, as acknowledgement.
