Section 42(1) in The Rajasthan Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981
(1)Latrines shall be provided in every establishment on the following scale, namely:-(a)Where females are employed, there shall be at least one latrine for every 25 females;(b)Where males are employed, there shall be at least one latrine for every 25 males:Provided that where the number of males or females exceed 190, it shall be sufficient if there is one latrine for 25 males or females, as the case may be upto the first 100, and one for every 30 thereafter.
