(2)The Committee referred to in sub-section (1), shall consist of the following persons; namely :-(a)one by one person nominated by the Visitor and Chancellor;(b)the Principal Secretary/Secretary to the State Government in the Higher Education Department;(c)three nominees of the Board of Governors, one of whom shall be nominated as the convener of the committee by the Board of Governors.
