(2)All prisoners shall, subject to the following provisions, be thoroughly and carefully searched on their admission into a prison -(a)Class I prisoners shall be searched only in the presence of a Jailor.(b)Women prisoners shall be searched by a Matron and only in the presence of women.(c)Civil prisoners shall not be searched in the presence of any other prisoner.
