Section 8(1) in Rajasthan Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(1)Every mine owner shall keep a copy of agreement of lease or license along with map etc. at site duly attested by Mining Engineer/Assistant Mining Engineer having jurisdiction over the area.
