Section 52 in The Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003
52. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit or legal proceedings shall be against any functionary under the Act including the members of the voluntary organization and social worker, in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the Act during the performance of the duties assigned to them.
