Section 21(1) in The M.P. Swayatta Sahakarita Adhiniyam, 1999
(1)The board may admit a person for membership in accordance with the procedure laid down in the bye-laws within sixty days from the date of receipt of application for membership if he is eligible for membership or refuse admission to the applicant if he is not eligible for membership and communicate the same to the applicant by registered post.
