Section 11(1) in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
(1)The Vice-Chancellor shall be a person of proven competence, integrity, morals, and institutional commitment, and shall be a distinguished academician with a minimum of ten years of experience as a Professor in a university or ten years of experience in an equivalent position or above in a reputed research organization.
