HON'BLE DINESH PATHAK, J. 1. Sri Pawan Kumar, learned Standing Counsel has filed a copy of the instructions today in Court, which is taken on record.
2. Sri Pawan Kumar, learned Standing Counsel submitted that final decision has been taken in compliance of the order dated 27.05.2016 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 25651 of 2016 (Ram Adhar Yadav vs. State of UP and 4 Others) and now, no cause of action survives to maintain the instant contempt application; therefore, the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant has also admitted the compliance of the order passed by this Court.
4. In this conspectus, as above, instant contempt application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
