1. By order dated 11.07.2023, it was directed that the petitioners in W.P.(C) 3062/2019 be served through learned counsel on record. However, the Registry reports that counsel could not be served. Let Court notice be issued to the petitioners in W.P.(C) 3062/2019, at the addresses mentioned in the memo of parties, for the next date of hearing.
2. In the meanwhile, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi is directed to place on record its status report, pursuant to the order dated 11.07.2023. Parties may file their responses to the same within a period of four weeks from today.
